This session will primarily feature my speaking about creative asset protection and privacy strategies using a number of real-world scenarios. The presentation will focus on the importance of "jurisdiction" when contemplating "advanced asset protection." In addition and as a bonus discussion, we will broach the timely topic of whether your (or your client's lawyer) is suited to the task of representing wealth in a complex political and economic time.
